Summers are so crowded in Whitefish, you’ll swear you’re in a much bigger city when you visit. From sunbathers at Whitefish City Beach to families making their way to Glacier National Park, the little town stays perpetually packed. However, if you get the chance to check it out in the winter, you really should. Not only does it have a more mellow (and smaller) crowd of locals and snow sports enthusiasts, but the snowy mountain setting looks absolutely amazing.
